Thanksgiving is about enjoying life and being thankful for what you have. Today, let’s be thankful for a our bodies and our health. Let’s commit to never quitting, never giving in, and on the days we don’t feel like it… Pushing harder than we ever have before.

My Insanity Fit Test Results!

 

It’s actually been a little while since I have used the Insanity workouts as I have been incorporating programs like P90X and Insanity Asylum. But, nevertheless today I decided to see where my current fitness level is at. Actually the funny part of this story is that I woke up this morning to the Insanity infomercial! After seeing all that craziness and the man, Shaun T laying it out, I HAD no option but to go for it!

In this post I’ll include my numbers and a progress picture. Keep in mind I haven’t even done Insanity workouts for probably at least 6 months. Like I said above I was using Insanity Asylum (the program following Classic Insanity) but those workouts are different. I LOVE Asylum as it’s very “functional” and sports conditioning oriented while the classic Insanity workout is just balls to the walls cardio conditioning.

My current physical progressMy fit test results are…

I am quite happy with my numbers and honestly since it had been awhile I took the pace slower than I could have (excluding the globes jumpers – I gave those everything left in my quads).

So it seems all the spartan training, Insanity Asylum, and P90X has kept my conditioning up! I’ll be hitting the Classic Insanity workouts over the next 2 weeks to really kick up the cardio and then I will do the fit test again! Stay tuned!

So here’s the deal:

I will accept a very limited number of clients each month to join in a small fitness challenge. I will assemble groups of 5 people ALL doing the exact same program. You will have quite a few options for your fitness solution and everyone will be using Shakeology. If you are willing to invest in your health that tells me you are willing to do what it takes. I make a commission from your purchase and this supports the coaching, support, and encouragement I will offer during the challenge.

The challenge members that are accepted will receive my personal cell to text and reach out when needed. I will run anywhere from 1-3 groups per month depending on the demand. I know a lot of people already clicked away as soon as they read they would have to invest. But your still here which means something.

Here are the requirements in a nut shell:

  • MUST be my customer (this will happen when you choose and purchase your package solution)
  • MUST be and remain on Shakeology HD throughout the entire 90-day challenge
  • MUST post daily with your progress (or even struggles)
  • If you need a fitness program you can choose from 1 of 3 packages (each includes Shakeology HD and a 30-day trial in the Team Beachbody Club so you can check out the meal planner.
  • MUST enter the Beachbody Challenge (It’s free AND part of the checkout process when you purchase your package solution). This will ensure you are eligible to win daily prizes for logging your workouts in the Super Gym AND you could even submit your transformation for your change to win $100,000.
  • MUST have a clear and defined emotional reason for wanting this transformation. (we will work on this together)

I am finding those who will really take this serious and who are willing to invest in themselves. I know most people just want free stuff so it will take longer to find members who want to run with this. The packs officially become available on November 1st, 2011. My first round of Fitness Challenges start day 1 on November 11th, 2011 (11/11/11).

Since you will need time to order and have your package solution shipped to you it is important that you message me RIGHT NOW to let me know you are in. I am creating a list on a first come, first serve basis and spaces are already filling up. I will take NO MORE than 15 members total (which would be 3 separate 5-person teams). I need to keep it limited so I can provide quality focus for you.
